For the White “Cheesecake” Stripes:

½ c. Ricotta cheese

⅛ t. Salt

¼ t. Vanilla extract

1 t. Sugar

For the crimson Stripes:

3 T. Strawberry jam

½ c. Fresh or frozen strawberries diced


Blend all cheesecake ingredients together in a small bowl.

In a tall glass, or in four shot glasses, region 1 Tablespoon of strawberry jam. Top with sliced strawberries. Evenly spread approximately ¼ cup of cheesecake combination over the strawberries. Repeat layers.
